The location is good because it is surrounded with restaurants, and even the Air mall.

The property owner is very unresponsive. I had to reach out to the customer service and the housekeeping staff of the unit so the owner would be notified. The owner’s details were always inadequate and confusing. The booking details stated that there were 4 beds, but there are only two beds. The room smelled like vinegar. The cr smells so bad as well.

Bathroom had a funny smell. There were a few cockroaches in the bathroom.

I do not recommend staying or dealing with this host because he is a fraud who provides incorrect contact numbers from outside the Philippines and also cancels the ability to contact him on WhatsApp and does not respond to you when you enter the hotel, which made me book another hotel after paying him and he did not refund me the amount, and his treatment is very bad
