L'emplacement est idéal pour se rendre à la gare. La propreté du logement était remarquable !!

Du fait de la proximité de la gare, le trains produisent une nuisance sonore. La distance avec le centre de La Spezia est d'environ 20 min à pied.

la pulizia e l'ordine dell'appartamento e la gentilezza della proprietaria.

le finestre non riuscivano a schermare abbastanza i rumori dei treni che durante la notte hanno reso un po difficile il riposo.

L'appartement est super spacieux pour une famille de 3 ou 4 personnes et joliment décoré. La clim nous a sauvé la vie dans cette canicule. La hôte a été très réactive, très bonne communication.

L'appartement est situé près de la gare, ce qui est à la fois pratique et inconvénient pour dormir c'était difficile de trouver le sommeil. Mais après certaines heures, les trains ne passent plus, ce qui nous a permis de se reposer un peu.
