Access was very easy. The keys are located in a lock box, which made arrival and departure very pain free. The location was convenient near Ballito, too.

The apartment is right next to the gate so it was very loud, even on a weekday night. But the worst thing was cockroaches coming out of the air conditioner and falling onto the bed. I killed one and flushed it but more kept coming so we had to resort to dragging the mattress into the living room and shutting the bedroom door in order to get a peaceful night of sleep. The linens also smelled strange, like mildew.

close to the road, so a bit noisy (beyond owners control) also missing some furnishings - maybe a coffeee plunger could be nice?

The apartment was big and very spacious

Place is isolated from most places of leisure and thus it becomes difficult to uber/bolt from the location

Loved the spacious parkland, pathways, ponds and swimming pool. And the suite was comfortable, beautifully clean and well prepared for us.

We weren't warned to keep windows closed. Monkeys invaded the suite and ransacked it whilst we were out. Crockery, cutlery, pots and pans need replacing and upgrading.

I loved everything about this place, it's clean, no human contact at all besides security. Security is very friendly. Very secured, you have your own designated parking. We enjoyed the lake, and the golf course, even had a picnic by the lake, peaceful environment.

No breakfast I paid for. The place was relevant to my stay. Only little frustration for getting the keys from the door box at first & difficulty to close the door till the friendly Security intervened
