Victoriei Emerald & Pink Gems - Designer Apartments

Very nice and high-quality interiors, spacious rooms and very easy and convenient check-in process (check-in is entirely autonomous, via codes, so you can check in at any time). Communication was easy and very friendly. The location is convenient, within walking distance of Bucharest North railway station.

We like this apartment so much, this is our third or fourth time staying here.The apartment is specious and centrally located, 5 minutes walking distance to Calea Victoriei, Antipa museum, 30 minutes from airport by bus,and there are many coffee shops and supermarkets nearby.

The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The apartment is not as clean as it used to be .The coffee machine was not cleaned after the previous guests(slime in the water tank of the coffee machine), the inner entrance door had food spots on it , the bathroom door was dirty too , the microwave keypad had greasy stains on it , an opened cup with ice had forgotten in the freezer from previous guests.. Otherwise, everything else was good

I don't really have something to complsin about. I would have liked more a warmer and more welcoming interaction when I made a mistake, and asked them to accept a correction. They did accepted it, but told me to be more careful next time,because they might have not been able to approve the change. Which is correct, but.. Not welcoming... If i was the owner, i would not have said that to a client. Instead, I would have said something like "don't worry, all is good, your reservation was adjusted, I wish you a good time in our apt", or someyhing like that. But, really, is nothing, the overall experience was excellent.

Locatie foarte bună. Apartamentul este situat într-un bloc nou. Arata ca în poze, are tot ce ai nevoie. Check-in ușor.

Frigorifero non funzionante. Problema non risolto dallo staff
