The apartment is only for 2 persons, it’s almost impossible to fit more than that. They wrote that apartment is 30m2, but you even can’t imagine how small it is. Sofa in living room is only a board with the sponge. You have parking near, but it cost 2€ for one hour, and the chances of finding a parking spot in the street are 1:100. Half of the kitchen appliances are not working. View from the balcony is awful.

It is close to city center.

This accommodation is at best mediocre at its present state. It definitely needs serious hardware and management/personnel upgrades and we would not recommend it to anyone based on our current experience, which is as follows: My husband and I were booked for four nights in this apartment, from December 28 (2024) to January 1 (2025). We arrived late at night, it was pretty cold in the apartment. We attempted to adjust the control unit on the wall to a proper temperature. The control unit was dead - it did not receive any electricity. The radiators were cold - not working. There was no heating in the rooms! There was a phone in the wall but it had no dial tone to reach out to any evening supervisor/maintenance technician. We then tried turning on the air conditioner in the guest room. We thought that leaving the door between the guest room and the bed room would eventually increase the temperature in the bed room as well (there was just one air conditioner and it was in the quest room rather than the main bed room). The air conditioner seemed quite old, the starting temperature level was 16 degrees Celsius, the heating level increased very slowly, by 1 degree at a time. In short, it was malfunctioning yet still blowing some warm air so we went to bed with the air conditioner on. Still, I kept my cashmere sweater on all night and barely could keep myself warm. The worst part was the really loud noise the air conditioner made, and even worse was the fact that the noise level kept going up and down sharply throughout the night and kept waking us both up at regular intervals. It got so bad that my husband, at some point at dawn, tried to turn the air conditioner off to stop its noise from continually waking us up. We immediately left the next morning and moved to a hotel. We informed the owner/manager who basically refused to acknowledge the problem.

We needed more blankets and from 15 minutes we got it:),very proffesional!

Maybe it is small for 4 persons but we haven’t been in the appartment the most of the day.

An apartment useful for a quick stay's but not beyond. Lacks comfort and space, the sofa bed is in the middle of the small kitchen area. Location is great. If you need something for a day or two, it's fine, but wouldn't go beyond.
