the internet connection, the young woman who supported us tried on a number of occasions to fix our connections with internet and TV but it was not remedied for our stay

The apartment was perfectly located in Ortigia. It is within walking distance to fully explore the old town, Syracusa and to the train and bus stations to get to nearby places of interests. A small coop shop is located opposite the apartment building and a cafe a min walk away, and the market was our go to place to get fresh produce in the morning. We were in the area when the G7 agriculture expo event was held and the noise from the busy street and the piazza were not so bad. Sicilian made shampoo were provided, kitchen well equipped except that the mokka pot was for one person only and took a lot of time to prepare coffee for 7, plenty of towels and the air-con was great. Perfect location!

We were a family of 7 adults and the three bedrooms were perfect apart from the sofa bed which was in the kitchen. If you dont mind fixing the sofa each time, it makes the place very cramped when all guests are in the kitchen/communal area. There was a segregated bin at the balcony away from the kitchen but a waste bin in each toilet and waste disposal guidance would be appreciated, we were provided with strict disposal info from our stay in Catania. Otherwise, the 3 bathrooms with shower, modern finish and kitchen facilities made it very convenient and comfortable for all of us.

Perfectly located, within short walking distance to all attractions. The minimart was conveniently located downstairs with an amazing deli of fresh meats and cheeses. Shops, restaurants and the hop on hop off bus close by. We loved our stay in Ortigia!

The apartment had most of what we needed, however a few simple kitchen items would also help, cutting boards, knives etc so you could make the most of the market produce. The beds were comfortable, but should have mattress protectors on. 2 of the 3 bathrooms had minor water leaks.

Perfect location. The apartment was big. And the host was nice.

The apartment wasn't so clean and some of trash cans were not empty from previous guests. There is a bad smell. internet was not working.

The location is perfect. The apartment is very comfortable if you are traveling with friends- with three bedrooms / three bathrooms. There is a supermarket at the corner; many shops and restaurants are located in the area.

The location is great, couldn't be better. There are cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is in the very center, very close to main attractions and shopping streets. At the same time it is very quiet place, ideal for rest and good sleep. The host is extremely helpful and friendly.

I have only positive impressions

no coffee pods for guests, so couldn't use coffee machines, no spare cushions, as some people like to sleep higher, but these are little things.
