"Clean and bright flat, perfect for a couple looking to stay in the city centre of Madrid"

Great location in the centre of Madrid, yet in a quiet street so no traffic or noise at night. Had all the necessary equipment and amenities. Air conditioning saved us from the 37 degree heat. Clean and welcoming. Staff was very responsive.

"We had a wonderful time in Madrid and would recommend the property to other travellers."

Central Location, supermarket, bars & entertainment all within walking distance. Washing machine and drying rack was a bonus. Cooking facilities and air conditioning worked well.

Retrieving and returning the keys added a bit of complexity. No dryer meant a trip to the laundromat. Thankfully a lift to the third floor, but still a climb with suitcases to the fourth floor.

"A small gem in Malasaña"

Exactly as advertised. Very quiet in a wonderful neighborhood, close to several metro stations.

Tall people and people with limited mobility may not appreciate the ceiling beams and the lack of elevator between the 3rd and 4th floors.
