Brand new bedroom next Camden yard , convention center

We booked as a small family in town for business and to move here for new job position la thinking it’ll be cheaper than a hotel which it was. The home is nice the studio apartment is beautiful comes with full kitchen washer and dryer the room includes a bed, desk and Smart TV. Clean and host was decent but however…

Because the first booking was confused as advertised the host moved us to this unit which again is beautiful and we compensated him with a tip twice for the convenience. Unfortunately there’s a couple lives on second floor that constantly fights, the door is slammed so hard that it shakes the house and will wake you and scare you. Because the couple causes many problems other customers have left the premises. The host tried his best to help but he wouldn’t make them leave even after the police intervened. Last straw was after I had surgery the couple fought cause a hole in the wall the sound was so scary and I screamed the host threatened me with calling the police on me I take accountability for the screaming as there were other guest but I was at my breaking point. I reported the couple over three time and have receipts as proof. The host compensated us with a discount one night. The guy of the couple smokes weed in front of the property which cause us to be blamed by the neighbors whom banged on the back window because no one answers the door threatening after they found out it wasn’t us NOONE apologized. After having emergency surgery the house was informed to try to fix the noise issue. But to NO AVAIL. The couple apologized and went right back to the fighting a day later. After speaking with the host he said he tries to do what he came but to lose money and guest over a couple that has not only damaged the property but has damaged the reputation of the booking. We dealt with it for three weeks and now we leaving earlier than expected because we can’t no longer take the nuisance. Another inconvenience
