Pool war nicht geöffnet, obwohl dieser erst in 09/2026 Instandhaltungsarbeiten erhalten sollte - Fall wurde booking zwecks Kompensation übergeben. Lautstärke durch die Gäste sehr hoch - Türen wurden geschlagen, Wände leider nicht dick, Man hört nahezu alles. Bett sehr schmal für zwei Personen. Mit zwei Koffern im Zimmer kann es eng werden, da keine Schränke für die Kleidung vorhanden sind. Unterkunft wurde nicht ein einziges Mal gereinigt. Um neue Handtücher zu erhalten muss Man das Personal schon antreffen. Balkon kann man gerade so sitzen, da ein Gitter vor ist, welches sich nicht verschieben bzw. öffnen lässt.

L’emplacement

L’établissement est vétuste (rouille et aucun joint sous la douche), salissure, présence de rats ou souris à l’intérieur des murs (impossible de dormir tellement le bruit est constant et fort). Nous avons contacté plusieurs fois l’établissement qui n’en avait rien à faire de nos demandes. À notre arrivée pas de piscine disponible, en travaux tous les jours (à partir de 7H30 du matin) énormément de nuisance. Aucune insonorisation (vous entendez TOUT). Nous avons demandé un check-out tardif comme proposé sur des messages, on nous a répondu que non à 13H le jour du départ (évidemment nous étions déjà parties). Problème avec le code de la chambre. Bref, je déconseille fortement cet établissement !

The accommodation unit was generally good and modernly furnished. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. A pleasant surprise was the availability of beach towels, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. One of the property's greatest advantages is its excellent location. The apartment is situated only about 50 meters from the beach and within walking distance of several excellent cafés and restaurants. This makes it very convenient for guests who want to enjoy the seaside, dining options, and the local atmosphere without needing transportation.

There were several aspects that could be improved. First, the balcony can hardly be called a balcony, as it is so small that only two people can barely fit on it. In addition, the surrounding railing structure makes it feel more like sitting in a cage than enjoying an outdoor space. We also booked the apartment for four people, but only the bed for two guests had been prepared upon arrival. The other two guests had to make up their own bed, which is not something one would expect when booking accommodation for four people. Another inconvenience is that guests are expected to take out their own trash and ensure that all garbage is removed before departure, although cleaning fee is charged. While the property allows guests to leave their luggage before check-in and after check-out, this is done entirely at the guest's own risk. In our opinion, this is not an acceptable arrangement, as there is no secure luggage storage option or responsibility assumed by the property. A more reliable and secure solution for guests' belongings would be expected.
