This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform ATTIC DUPLEX 2 Terraces AA Parking in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20 per person or bring their own. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in is possible until 16:00. Check-in after 16:00 carries a cost of EUR 20 per every hour after 16:00 (i.e check in at 17:00= EUR 20 , check-in at 18:00= EUR 40…) Note that since 20:00 the fee will raise to EUR 40 per hour after stipulated check in. Please note, check-in is not possible after 00:00. Towels and bed linen are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 20 per person. Alternatively guests can bring their own. Please note that Sundays and Holidays the check in will be charged with an extra fee of EUR 40. Please note that extra guests will be charged EUR 50 per night.
