Red Canyon Bunkhouse at Kanab - New West Properties

Our 5-day stay exceeded our expectations. The setting is gorgeous with the Vermillion Red Cliffs in the background. The pictures of the house are not only accurate, the house is even nicer than in the pictures. It was well stocks with all paper and clean g products we needed. Nice cutlery and tableware. Great kitchen for anyone from simple reheats to preparing multi-course gourmet meals. Very comfortable beds and well-stocked bathroom supplies. And Kanab is a very friendly town with much of what travelers need. Our host, Allen, is very responsive if you need info or attention on something. (Note: we had no need for anything in particular. Our stay was perfect!) We will return! Thanks Allen for a memorable stay!

Everything was perfect. Honestly, it was just like our second home. We had everything what we needed. The excellent is the terrace with fireplace.

Everything was perfect. The facilities are exceptional including a washer and dryer which was very useful for us while on a road trip. The house is so spacious so if you’re travelling in a group you don’t feel like you’re in each others space. The most notable part is the attention to detail when it comes to decor. The house has been carefully designed and you really feel the essence of the location and state. It feels personal yet not cluttered. All of the facilities are luxurious, from the shower, vanity, towels, kitchen utensils. Wow :-) The view from the back garden is spectacular and impressive. We were truly blown away. A special mention to Allen, our host who was exceptionally helpful and available to assist whenever needed throughout our stay. 11/10 and we look forward to staying here again in the future and to recommend to our traveler friends. Thank you, Allen.

Lovely home, very clean, excellent view, overall wonderful experience!

Very comfortable and pleasant accommodation. Spacious enough: three separate bedrooms and a large living room with a soft corner and a large TV. Great Wi-Fi. There is its own barbecue and a recreation area on the street. Convenient check-in. The owner of the house is always on call, timely provided the requested information. The house is located on a quiet and cozy street, at the foot of a beautiful mountain. There is a parking space right near the entrance to the house. Everything was very nice. I recommend this house for a large family or group.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Had everything we could’ve needed and more. Provided doggie necessities, which was a nice touch! This is the first VRBO that I’ve ever had so many little extras that weren’t just left behind by previous guests. Snacks, coffee, detergent, and more. Host was responsive and checked in to make sure everything was good throughout. Definitely worth it! If we ever find ourselves back in this area, we’ll be staying here!

Able to have common area with grandchildren yet have room to enjoy quiet time. Property easily accessible, clean and roomy.

Mattress wasn’t comfortable. Backyard wasn’t finished to enjoy, but hopefully will progress in time.

Everything! This place is perfect! Great location to all the national parks near by. The view from the backyard is just beautiful! The house interior itself is absolutely lovely, clean, beautiful, and very comfortable! You got everything that you need! We had a very beautiful stay! Def want to come back or check out their other properties!
