De mooie rustige ligging en dichtbij de dijk met horeca zaakjes zonder er ook maar geluidsoverlast van te hebben. 5 minuten wandelen max en je bent er. Heerlijk.

Super Lage, gute Größe , Tiefgaragenplatz, Uferpromenade und Restaurants sehr nah dabei

Gefühlt gab es recht viele Regeln, Schuhe aus, Essen nur in der Küche.... vieles ist für uns eine Selbstverständlichkeit, daher wirkten die Regeln befremdlich. Möbel auf der Terasse könnten bequemer sein.

Propreté des serviettes et literie douteuse Salle de bain pas propre. Pas de séchoir à cheveux. Beaucoup d’effets personnels de l’hôte dans l’appartement. Long avant d’avoir une réponse. Lit inconfortable. Je ne reviendrais pas!!!

We stayed in the property for 9 days therefore we got to know it quite well. The property itself was of a very high standard. It was beautifully presented. The location was excellent being close to a supermarket, restaurants, bars and the ferries for the beach. There was safe and ample parking. We found the property relatively easily by following the instructions despite a chair being described as a couch - but something could have been lost in translation. Everything was spotlessly clean, modern and well maintained. Good water pressure. Excellent cooking, storage and cooling facilities. Comfortable bed, pillows and adequate hanging space for clothes. Modern washing machine and dishwasher included.

The owners seemed to be unsure whether the property was their second home or a short term holiday rental. In the early evenings particularly there was a disappointing lack of privacy on the terrace. People walking up and down half a meter away to get to the parking, noisy neighbours socialising right in front of us instead of on their own terrace forced us to take our meals in the kitchen rather than outside as planned; this lack of privacy also meant we didn’t use the living room either. We had to keep the curtains and windows closed to prevent passers by from staring in therefore making the room darker. There was a screen but it didn’t prevent noise. Additionally the soft cream covers protecting the settee were a worry. The instructions given reinforced this. Although beautiful they were not suitable for the rigours of a holiday rental hence the warning to avoid both drinking and eating in the room. We were unable to feel at home and relax on a comfortable chair with a glass of wine in the evening. We sat on benches in the kitchen. When leaving a vacuum cleaner and a proper mop would help.

Está en una zona muy bonita, está a 2 min del embarcadero para ir a la Isla de la Playa de Cabanas. En la zona hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas y un paseo muy bonito.

Apartamento amplio y muy completo. Decoración del apartamento muy bonita. Cerca de la playa y zonas de restaurantes del pueblo.

La temperatura del agua era muy difícil de regular.

This was a quiet location within an easy walk of local restaurants and bars. The apartment was very well equipped.

It was difficult to locate the property when first arrived as the address was not on google maps. Maybe mentioning the roads on either side or the nearby water feature would be helpful. A hairdryer would have been useful
