"Séjour agréable et ressourçant"

Bon emplacement et propriétaires très à l’écoute sur les problèmes d’eau rencontrés. ils nous ont même indemnisés en ce sens.

Problème d’alimentation d’eau récurent . De plus, les frais de ménage devraient être en option.

"Un séjour très reposant et très agréable"

Appartement très bien situé dans un parc avec vue sur la verdure . Il est très propre et très bien équipé.

Les chambres sont de belle grandeur mais seraient plus pratiques si il y avait plus de rangement. Nous étions quatre et avec un approvisionnement en eau irrégulier au début du séjour nous avons dû nous restreindre. Cette situation s’est améliorée après trois quatre jours .

Les coupures d'eau à st-francois sont incommodantes. Par contre, l'hôte nous a laissé des cruches d'eau en reserve et la citerne se remplisait la nuit.

"Sehr schön und zu empfehlen."

Wohnanlage bestehend aus vier Gebäuden in sehr schöner ruhiger Lage am Rand von St. Francois. Großzügiger Garten mit tollem Pool. Die Wohnung ist recht geräumig mit guter Ausstattung und schöner Terrasse im 2. Stock.

Etwas ärgerlich kann der Zugang zum Pool und wieder zurück zum Wohngebäude sein, da das Tor beidseitig durch Code gesichert ist. Abzug gibt's leider auch für die unzuverlässige Wasserversorgung auf Guadeloupe. Ein ca. 400 l fassender Container in der Wohnung federt diesen Missstand jedoch ab.

Tout! A commencer par la gentillesse de Sylviane, la propriétaire, et Angela, qui s’occupe de l’accueil des vacanciers. La résidence est superbe, l’appartement, spacieux, magnifique, bien équipé et la piscine super agréable! L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Grande-Terre. Le seul souci a été la coupure d’eau pendant quelques jours, mais avec de l’anticipation, tout peut super bien se passer. Le secret est de ne jamais laisser les nombreux bidons d’eau vides pour pouvoir constamment remplir la cuve et ne manquer de rien.
