SanvitoTour - Villa Soffio di Mare

We were there mostly for climbing and the spot is ideal for it, close to the rocks has everything you need and Sarah was really helpful.

A dlight discomfort can be a lack of connection between the upper part of the villa and the lower part you have to go outside to go down. The water boiler was a little bit too small for our group and we run out of hot water quite quickly.

Communication and check in worked well.

Villetta attrezzata con lavastoviglie, lavatrice, acqua calda abbondante per 8 persone, spazio per mangiare all'esterno in compagnia sotto ad un porticato dotato di spazio per grigliare. Possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente in san vito lo capo, parcheggio interno privato comodo per 3 auto in villa. Condizionatori mitsubishi perfettamente efficienti e silenziosi nelle camere. Sarah molto gentile, accogliente e penso premurosa in caso di bisogno che tuttavia non si è reso necessario. Siamo stati bene vacanza goduta al meglio.

Everything is very good, comfortable and clean

The water is little bit salted

The aircon was in every bedroom - worked well (non in kitchen living area) The showers were very powerful ( cubicle fairly small) Washing machine was a great addition . Fantastic 360 deg views when on top terrace.

The two top bedrooms are in an attic kind of room so the ceilings are very low( the pictures do not show this) also to get to these bedrooms you have to go outside and in a separate entrance (no inside stairs to the rooms) Very dirty villa , yellow stained pillows, the cases and mattresses , rusty cutlery, fraying towels , broken standing fans, burnt stained throws , uncleared BBQ and area, patio areas not cleaned, lots of cigarettes buts , bottle tops, broken plastic cups, no out door loungers or seats (shown in the photos) no pegs and cats that stay on the patio and try and get in the villa when the door is left open. (Not ok if you’re allergic to animals) Much further from the beach than mentioned , very unkept tiny dirt track to get to the villa, need a car but best not have anything medium size as it’s very hard to turn a round. Once we complained the next morning a team of cleaners were sent to us with new pillows, pans and cutlery and they cleaned as it should’ve been before we got there and every time the guests leave.
