Les chambres étaient spacieuses, les lits bien larges, bon fonctionnement de la Climatisation

Manque de propreté dans l’ensemble de la villa, La piscine pas bien nettoyée froide à moitié ensoleillée, pas de bord de sécurité risque de glissade et de blessures, 2 salle de bains, une à ciel ouvert et l’autre aucune aération, elle sent le renfermé, meuble de cuisine à rénover et équipement limité, manque l’équipement de nettoyage (raclette, balais, torchon….), nouveau quartier avec pas mal de nouvelles construction et de nuisances sonores.

位置比较偏僻

I recently stayed at the Lavana villa, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we were not informed that payment had to be made in cash, and we had to travel far from the property to withdraw money. Additionally, we never received a receipt for our payment despite requesting it. The condition of the facility was also unacceptable. The room was filthy, with stained sheets that we had to ask to replace with clean ones and even after being replaced they were still dirty. The bathroom, toilet, and even the swimming pool were in a state of disrepair and unhygienic. There was visible mold on the walls, and the water purifier was beeping incessantly throughout the night until we unplugged it. When we requested to store our luggage after checking out at 12 PM until our flight in the evening, we were told it was not possible. This left us scrambling to find an alternative solution for several hours. Don’t be fooled by the advertising pictures, which make the facility look immaculate and modern. The reality is far from that. I never expected to face these issues, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to make necessary improvements for future guests.

The facility was dirty and need repais

The room is spacious, worth for the price, and bathroom is nice

I was booked a private villa with 2 room for 4 adult and 2 kids ,i was contact them by whatsap. I understand this is budget villa which is not a luxury villa, with the price i was paid its a worrh to paid. But in the day when we contact via whatsap, they said its only for 4 person, not 4 adults 2 kids, and its was confirm by booking its 4 adults and 2 kids. And they keep saying its is maximum for 4 person. And i sent them my reservation and finally they said , yes i can chek in for 4 adult and 2 kids. After that when we’re chek in i saw the swimming pool was unclean and the engine not work. Was contacting the accomodation and they said its problem with the plumb. Please make sure your seimming pool ready to use before the guest chek in. And

the staff is very helpful and nimble, clean rooms every day, really enjoyed staying at this villa, all photos are real, large, comfortable villas, even a bathtub in the villa
