Nice, clean and spacious rooms Beautiful beach Location of the hotel was good, it’s near to all sights. There is also Havana nearby where you can walk and there are lots of shops and cafes as well

The major drawback is that the most facilities (gym, spa, padel, kids club) are located in the hotels nearby. You have to take a buggy to go there and they are definitely not a 5 star. The food is quite average. I would appreciate more local dishes and more variety at the breakfast buffet as well. There is a massive construction just next to the hotel. It’s not noisy or disturbing but we could see it from our room. We booked an executive room with a seaview but got one overlooking the pool and restaurant roof which was quite disappointing as we paid extra for the view

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Great location, close to lots of natural parks, beautiful beach with 2 options closed from waves and open one, very clean and nice pool. Big hotel area includung Rotana and Fanar is available guests. We loved breakfast at the Waves restaurant. For dinner there are lots of options in Marina depends on your preferences. The Club territory is very cozy, big enough not to be busy, but everything is closed by. I liked the hotel corridors, they are shaded, but no doors and AC there, so its very comfortable to get back from the beach or pool. We lived on the ground floor with the direct garden access, with kid it was convenient.

The air at the apartment was humid, that's why wooden furniture was smelling a bit, but staff perfumed the rooms a bit while cleaning, so it was not annoying. The lock in the toilet was broken, but guys replaced it really quickly in a good quality. Personally I would prefer room to be lighter, but that's a style of the hotel, so no problem

A hotel gyönyörű környezetben helyezkedik el. Tágas, mindennel felszerelt szoba, ahová érkezésünkkor gyümölcstálat, bort készítettek be. A személyzet fantasztikus, figyelmes volt. Az ételek osztályon felüliek voltak. Felülmúlta várakozásunkat minden tekintetben.
