La ubicación

La limpieza es deficiente. No se puede entregar un piso en alquiler sin limpiarlo primero. Sofà ridículo. Literas con colchones deficientes, y la litera superior con un somier muy incómodo. Nevera, mesa de comedor y microondas sucios, los tuvimos que limpiar al llegar.

La cercanía a la Playa y que tenía aire acondicionado.

Le faltaba más limpieza. El apartamento está bien, pero le falta un poquito de inversión en mejorarlo.

La ubicación y la proximidad a la playa

Cuando llegamos no lo encontramos limpio , pero una vez que se lo dijimos a Silvia , envío a una persona de su confianza y lo dejo bien . Resaltar que Silvia reaccionó muy bien y rápido ante esa incidencia.
