The hotel has been disappointing. We expected that, given that it cost around 6,100 PHP per night (equivalent to 100 €), it would be quite acceptable. To begin with, the bathroom was very dirty. There was black mold everywhere, as well as pink mold, and the faucets were rusty and filthy. The rest of the room, barely has any furniture for storing the clothes of two people. Breakfast is not included, which would have been reasonable for this price. The common areas were also very dirty. If it had been a hotel costing around 1,220 PHP per night (about 20 €), you can’t expect much, but at the very least it should be clean—that’s the minimum. Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed in my life. I would not return to this hotel

My friend had a sprained ankle & we booked with Ruby a private taxi to bring us to our new hotel 4.4 km away 9 mins). She said because it was last minute we had luggage we should pay her directly & not the taxi. 1800PP. we were happy & didn't complain. We gave her extra money as a tip.When we asked the taxi man how much he charged the mayad he said 1200. So reception charged us 600pp extra. They took advantage of us I felt. Later a lady Adriana phoned me from Mayad & said she didn't care if i complained to booking.com because she offered me a last minute service. The taxi driver was a friend of her sister The shower floor was dirty. No wifi in rooms. No fridge. Building construction next to room. Noisy . Advertising breakfast but nobody ever there to cook. Reception closed at night.

Excellent location and good room for this price, Budget category

I booked a 5 star hotel in El Nido but did not like it. I transferred in Mayad and surprisingly the room is actually up to my standard. It’s clean, and they make up my room everyday. I only booked for a night but kept extending. The staff are very accommodating, wifi didn’t bother me cos I have a back up. The sheets are clean and they have hot shower. It’s worth the price!

It can be a bit noisy because the hotel is beside the road but I’ve stayed worse

I left belongings in the taxi and staff helped me get it. They also arranged a taxi transfer which was expensive but the driver was friendly and it was efficient.

The room was disgusting. It was like a construction site. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms and you can’t even use the tv without an extra cost. We left halfway through our stay as it was unbearable. We will be complaining to Booking.com for the false advertisement of the room. We stayed at various different hotels and hostels in the Philippines - this was one of the most expensive and by far the lowest quality.

Cheap and clean no elevator and they put me on the 3rd floor.
