Authentic cave hotel, very good restaurant.

Rain droped in into our sons room. But a replacement was available.

We felt very comfartable there. It was a small, family-run accomodation. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location was Great.

This hotel experience wasn’t just disappointing—it was infuriating. What they’re doing here is theft by deception. They knowingly advertise features and amenities that do not exist, take your money under false pretenses, and show a complete disregard for cleanliness, guest safety, and professional conduct. There are no mountain views. In fact, there are no views of anything—just blank interior walls. The “private patio” is a shared concrete walkway where other guests and even the management’s family gather, loudly and late into the night. Sleep before midnight was impossible due to the overwhelming noise from the restaurant, communal areas, and complete lack of sound insulation. The room was dark, stifling, and filthy. The only window couldn’t be opened without amplifying the noise. There was no fan in the room despite it being listed as an amenity. The curtain was broken, the main light didn’t work, and the final straw—used, half-empty shower gel bottles were still on the shelf. Absolutely disgusting. Security? Nonexistent. On multiple occasions, individuals tried to enter my room. One woman walked in uninvited claiming she was “looking for the restroom.” The secondary lock was broken, leaving me exposed and deeply uncomfortable. The internet—another false promise—was unreliable and unusable. I alerted management immediately, but they failed to fix it, causing me to lose valuable working hours. Communication with staff was slow and dismissive, and their indifference was consistent from start to finish. I was also quoted over three times the actual price for an airport shuttle—an obvious attempt to exploit travelers unfamiliar with local rates. But the most appalling moment came when a staff member banged on my door at 1:30 a.m., demanding immediate payment of an additional charge I had already been informed of prior to check-in. To be woken in the middle of the night and shaken down for money is beyond unprofessional—it’s harassment.

Onlygood location near amenities and town.

Breakfast was bad, cats trouble you while eating. Guy making breakfast only does breakfast from 9am, and tells you if you dont like breakfast give it the cats, Terrible attitude Gave me a dungeon (terrible) of a room for almost 2000,lira per night, wasnt happy, but owner could not accommodate us, especially after traveling for long hours..Please be careful, photos and reviews on booking..com are badly deceiving. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN !!!

Amazing cave hotel in Göreme, so unique with quirky room. Location right in town only a few minutes walk to all the restaurants and shops. The breakfast was amazing, they obviously take pride in what they do, it varied slightly each day with traditional Turkish dishes alongside cheese, olives, salad and lots of delicious bread and the patio area where you dine has amazing views over the town.

Almost everything! The room was a great size and well decorated. The room was warm and the bathroom was a really good size. The terrace has great views, the staff are friendly, the wifi is fairly good in communal areas, the terrace cave was our favourite and perfect for watching sunset with a glass of wine!

The bathroom is a wet room, whilst we don’t mind them at all I always think a squeegee goes a long way. Otherwise the bathroom floor is just wet for hours after a shower. The wifi was a little spotty in our room which was below the terrace but it did work in some spots. Not major issues just things to know!

They are very welcoming! The breakfast was delicious and very abundant, I didn't need to have lunch on any of the days there. The terrace is beautiful. Bed is very comfortable. Had a great stay!
