GBGBGBGBHistoric hotel/building with lovely gardens. Very clean and very comfortable beds. Minutes walk to high street/restaurants. All the staff we met were extremely helpful and friendly.
Would have preferred a cooked breakfast, but sitting in the gardens with the continental breakfast was lovely.

GBGBGBThe room we had, had a lovely windowed balcony overlooking the town and sea, and garden. The room was very spacious. Our room was in the lodge, rather than the hotel.
Booking.com wasnt quite clear where the room was, lodge or hotel and also didnt offer a breakfast option. Neither spoilt the stay.

Didn’t try the continental breakfast. Gardens need further work, upkeep (mostly outside) an endless task but small changes would help.
GBStaff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Property was very clean and the rooms were comfortable.
