Ocean Boutique Hotel - Adults only

Das Hotel könnte nicht schöner und perfekter sein: Klein, idyllisch, gepflegt, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist Familie. Derartiges haben wir (Ü60 und so manches gesehen) noch nie erlebt: Freundlichkeit, Entgegenkommen, Verwöhnung pur in jeder Hinsicht. Die Küche ist Hauben/Sterne-verdächtig und das Service absolute Spitzenklasse. 👌👌👌 Trotz Premiere gab uns die Herzlichkeit von Evelina, Augustino und Viscad das Gefühl von "Coming home"... Der Abschied ist uns schwer gefallen, aber wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen!

Hier fällt uns nichts ein!

Das gesamte Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr schöne und saubere Zimmer. Das Essen ist extrem gut und reichhaltig. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute gut aufgehoben und zu Hause.

Super Lage mit ganz tollem Strandabschnitt! Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal!

Das Frühstück hätte etwas besser sein können… Hier hätten wir uns mehr Auswahl und eventuell auch ein Buffet gewünscht.

We loved every moment of our holiday. The staff were all so friendly. The place is so beautiful. The room we stayed in was so comfortable with an air conditioner. The food was so delicious and beautifully presented. The beach was so lovely with wonderful snorkeling near by. The dining room is right on the beach so you hear the waves gently rolling in. The swimming pool is kept immaculate and is wonderful.

Absolutely shocked by the exorbitant $40 charge for a lost standard metal key. This cost is completely out of line with the actual replacement cost and feels like pure profit taking They are setting a trap, and once you're caught, they charge you unreasonably. I will never book here again, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away; who knows what other surprise charges they might hit you with.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Team ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bieten alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Besonders begeistert hat uns die ruhige Atmosphäre und der traumhafte Blick. Perfekt zum Abschalten.

Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort zum Erholen, die Anlage ist wunderschön, die Lage perfekt, aber das absolute Highlight ist das Personal, so viel Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit haben wir noch selten erlebt!

The meals themselves were of very high quality (compliments to the Chef). The service staff—specifically Viscad, Agustino, Alfred, and Milka—were professional, friendly, and excellent.

​We recently completed a 14-night stay, and while there were highlights, the experience fell short of 5-star expectations in several critical areas. The check-in process was frustrating. Despite having already paid the full fare, they insisted on seeing the physical credit card. They also refused to cover bank fees incurred during the transaction. Furthermore, we were forced to fill out a form with our bank details, justified by the claim that they had been victims of fraud by previous guests—a policy that felt unprofessional. ​Arriving at 4:30 AM after a long journey, we were greeted with only two apples, two bananas, and some grapes. For a 5-star resort, this is incredibly poor. We experienced multiple power outages with no generator backup. When the power goes out, the water supply stops entirely (though the internet curiously remained functional). ​The curtains were almost useless at blocking out light, and the shower had poor pressure and irregular temperatures. The balcony was never cleaned during our stay, and there are no TVs in the rooms. ​Towels were left on the floor by the doors, and the bath towels frequently smelled of fuel. ​Half-board only includes water at dinner. At breakfast, the fruit was green and tasteless, and the desserts had an artificial, non-natural flavor. We were also shocked when the staff refused to replace used cutlery with fresh sets during a meal. ​The Masai security guards were ineffective when guests were bothered by outsiders both in the vicinity of the resort and inside near the pool area. ​Despite the length of our stay, sports and other activities were non-existent. ​While the culinary team and service staff are doing a great job, the management, infrastructure, and lack of basic 5-star amenities make it difficult to recommend this resort for a luxury stay.
