Ubicacion inmejorable, el apartamento es muy cómodo, soleado y acogedor, ideal para una pareja.

Aunque no es cuestión del apartamento la escalera debería estar mejor iluminada .

La ubicación.

Tiene varias deficiencias por mal mantenimiento: camas incómodas para renovar colchones, la cafetera inutilizable y la única sartén totalmente rayada. Pero no es lo peor, el sistema de ventilación del cuarto de baño tiene un gran problema porque absorbe todos los humos y olores de los restaurantes de los bajos e impregna toda la estancia , escaleras y portal y la ropa de casa apesta a olor a comida. Problema que no resolvieron durante nuestra estancia y fueron informados de ello y no se molestaron en comprobar, ofertando un cambio de apartamento cuando decidimos irnos, un día antes de la salida oficial. El apartamento no cumple con los mínimos estándares de calidad, confort, ni salubridad.
