B&B Selvaggio Blu

Alfredo was the best! He helped us a lot and was extremely kind to us!!! Best stay in Sardinia and it was only one night out of 10 11/10 would recommend!!!!

My wife and I had a wonderful 4-night stay at B&B Selvaggio Blu and highly recommend this welcoming B&B. The highlight, mentioned in many of these reviews, is your host Alfredo with his charming personality and deep knowledge of the Baunei region and all it has to offer. We started each day with a hearty breakfast and conversations with Alfredo which led us to fantastic experiences both during the day and evenings. We learned a great deal about Sardinia, its remarkable Neolithic history dating back seven thousand years, the later epoch of the Nuralgic civilization, the Phoenicians, Carthaginians, Romans and Spanish who all left their mark on this amazing island. We enjoyed hiking the cliffs above the ocean, memorable seaside cafes and hill town dinners at restaurants recommended by Alfredo. One evening we were transported up into the rugged hills above Baunei to an Agriturismo that left nothing to chance in terms of providing a complete rural dining experience in an incredible shepherd’s compound. Our room at the B&B was clean and comfortable, extremely quiet, with a magnificent view into the valley below Baunei. We would highly recommend this B&B, especially for active travelers, and look forward to returning!

Es gab alles, was man braucht. Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar, dank der Seitenstraße ist es im B&B angenehm ruhig. Toller Ausblick & ein sehr leckeres Frühstück, das der Gastgeber jeden Morgen anbietet. Parken ist direkt vor dem B&B möglich, es ist eng aber gut machbar.

Ein entzückendes Zimmer in einer super Lage. Es ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber ist kommunikativ und sehr bemüht einem zu helfen wo er nur kann. Es hat uns dort sehr gut gefallen.

Everything! Our host & the owner Alfredo is amazing & so informative. He couldn’t do enough to help us with boat tour reservations, restaurant suggestions and arrange for us to experience a memorable Sherpherd’s dinner high in the hills above Baunei. Our BLUE room was lovely, quiet, sparkling clean with a mini fridge & a small balcony to sit & have coffee on enjoying the spectacular view across the mountains. The Breakfast room was very sweet with a huge breakfast selection and endless cappuccinos. Grazie Alfredo! Oh, and Alfredo is also a respected masseuse in town!💕

We loved everything! We could have stayed much longer. 💕

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and in a perfect location. The room had air conditioning, which made it very comfortable. The owner was truly amazing – probably the best host we’ve ever had. Even though we had a language barrier, he always managed to communicate with us, gave us many great recommendations, and was incredibly kind. He even provides umbrellas for the beach, which was a very thoughtful touch. Breakfast was delicious, especially for those who love sweet options. On top of that, the owner offers excellent massages – definitely worth trying. Highly recommended!
