Spello was a charming town, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay just wish we had longer. The host was very helpful transfered our luggage and showed us free parking just a few minutes walk away. Perfect location in the old town.

Steep steps to bathroom would be challenging to someone with mobility issues.

Lovely and cosy 2-floor apartment in the old town. The apartment had absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. It was spotless clean and well appointed. The hosts were very welcoming and quick to respond. They picked us from the parking space outside the walls and drove us to the apartment.

Soggiorno ottimo la struttura per due persone è veramente soddisfacente la proprietaria Federica ci ha accolto all arrivo e la casa è veramente fornita di tutto senza contare che si trova in una posizione dove si raggiungono molte località .Consigliatissima!

In primis la disponibilità e gentilezza di Federica, la proprietaria, che si è prodigata a portarci all'appartamento dopo averci consigliato dove parcheggiare gratuitamente. L'appartamento era un gioiello, pulito e arredato con gusto, funzionale alle necessità di chi deve soggiornare per qualche giorno a Spello e la posizione comoda per ogni tipo di spostamento all'interno della città. Un'esperienza ottima che non può che essere ripetuta, speriamo presto.

Appartamento tenuto in perfette condizioni, comodo, pulito e in una carinissima via di Spello, centrale. La proprietaria davvero gentile, accogliente e disponibile. Soggiorno più che piacevole, consigliato!!

Praticamente nulla

La titolare, Sig.ra Federica è stata gentilissima. Appena arrivato abbiamo trovato bottiglie di acqua e succhi dri frutta in frigo, oltre che a biscotti per la colazione e tanto altro. Ed il posto è una piccola bomboniera, perfetto. Ci torneremo anche l'anno prossimo.

Exceptional accommodation and very kind hosts, who offered us lifts to and from Spello station with our luggage. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Extremely well equipped with many thoughtful extras, such as food, drinks, slippers, toiletries, kitchen and laundry supplies. Spello is a beautiful, historic, flower-filled town with all the amenities you need. The apartment is in a quiet alleyway, very well placed for access to amenities and the station. We didn't want to leave, and we would love to return. Grazie mille per tutto!

Nothing. Tutto perfetto!

It was cosy, comfortable and clean. A quiet street and a beautiful medieval town. Frederica had thought of everything and left breakfast snacks, laundry powder, shampoo and a whole lot of little useful and generous things for us to enjoy. Great location.

Nothing really

Everything! Possibly the nicest private apartment I’ve stayed in anywhere! Federica generously provides everything to make your stay comfortable and easy. She even offered to pick me up from the train station. It’s more like staying at a very good friend’s house. The bed is extremely comfortable and Federica has put a lot of effort into the charming furnishings and decorations. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, only a 5 minute walk to the main square and good bars and restaurants. When you leave, it is about 10-15 minute walk to the train station without having to go down too steep a path. Even as a 60 year old woman carrying my own luggage I found it very manageable.

Host met us at the train station and drove us to the apartment. The place was beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. Outstanding accommodation.
