La ubicación es espectacular.

El servicio es lento, los empleados no siempre están uniformados. Para comer se debe pedir con mucha anterioridad, más de 1 hora para poder comer. No hay servicio amable, parece que estorbas al personal.

"Great place with a great location"

Clean, cute, quiet, walkable to see the flamingoes, walkable to see the sea lions and to go kayaking for $40 to see the penguins, walkable spot to go snorkeling to see rays, sea turtle and sharks.

La ubicación

El desayuno, muy poco variado, solo pan blanco, muy pocas cosas. El restaurante si bien es buena la comida, hay que definir con horas de anticipación que vas a comer y a qué hora, si mientras comes quieres algo más, es un problema… te dicen que no, o que tardará mucho… hasta pedir un jugo parece un problema

Der Zugang zum Meer und das nette Personal

Und wurde zu allererst ein sehr heruntergekommenes Zimmer zugewiesen, wir hatten ein Verander Garten Zimmer gebucht, das ich nach wehementem Druck auch bekam. Die Garten Zimmer sind ok, die Zimmer mit Meerblick im ersten OG jedoch besser. Es wäre nett gewesen wenn das Hotel vor der Buchung davor gewarnt hätte das der sehr laute Karneval (von 12 Uhr mittags bis 4 Uhr nachts) für drei Tage unmittelbar neben dem Hotel wütet. Entspannung geht anders, dafür war es viel zu teuer.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The location is also good.

Unfortunately, the value for money is not good at all. It is expensive and run-down, and the price paid is not in line with what you get. It feels quite depressing to stay in the room. When I arrived, there was a strong bleach/disinfectant smell in the room. The Wi-Fi is unusable. The breakfast is below expectations, especially for anyone who follows a healthy lifestyle: there are no vegetables at all, and no plant-based milk. The bread options are very sugary. Soundproofing is basically non-existent: you can clearly hear people talking in the next room.
