Close to sm mall

It wasnt clean. The table, sofa, floor, the carpet etc were full of hairs. Except the bed the unit (2203) was full of hair. It didnt have a proper cleaning. Too much time to use the elevators.

"Great place and location in central Cebu."

Location is perfect for SM Mall, just across street. It’s new and hopefully will get more homeliness added in the future. The owner communicates everything you need to know prior to check in. I would stay here again in the future.

Just needs more home touch added & a few more supplies would be nice.

"Not a must..."

Close to SM. Studio was ok but not really worth the money. Wifi and Netflix was good. Also communication with owner.

2 out of 3 elevators partially out of order. 15 Minutes wait to get to groundfloor from 22nd floor. Luggage room not available on departure and security extremely unfriendly and uncooperative. Loud as towards the main road. Never again.

"A Cozy Place to Stay"

It is perfect if you are travelling solo, a couple or a small family. The place feels like home. It has a wonderful view of the sunrise and a balance view between the bay, the city and a glimpse of the mountains of Cebu. It has facilities for cooking, preparing foods and dining.

The pool gets crowded sometimes but it didn't bother me that much. Just remember to bring extra clothes because they don't want you getting out wet.
