"Pretty apartment with some issues"

Comfy renovated apartment, close to city centre. Parking available.

Thus it's newly renovated, the mould and moisture scent is pretty strong in the location. The only way to get rid of it is to increase the room temperature from the thermostat and use the dehumidifier present in the location. Also the location has no TV which is also a big minus to it. The toilet is set up pretty high on the wall and can be a bit uncomfortable.

"As the title said, cozy and close to the old city centre"

Very good location, modern apartment and quick responses from the owner

First when I got into the apartment I smelled mold but they have a dehumidifier and I guess it can't be fixed otherwise
