Great location and lovely space in the house. Great views and easy to find/parking.

Although was a very nice house and we really enjoyed our stay, there were some areas that didn't feel very clean. Sorting these and giving the outside space a little tlc would have made it an exceptional stay.

Beautiful property, so handy having parking too.

No information pack - would have been handy instead of having to contact the owner for wifi code and information on checking out requirements.

A high end luxurious property with fantastic sea views and only a very short walk to town and all the central amenities. Beds were huge & super comfy & bathrooms with digital thermostatic controlled showers. Garden was perfect for the dog and plenty of seating in the kitchen & lounge for the whole family.

The property lacks a house instruction manual so everything was hard work trying to google instruction manuals for the double oven, the microwave that was masquerading as an oven, coffee machine, heating etc. Owner was very helpful & came out to re-set the oven & walk us through how to work it. Kitchen lacking quite a few essentials too but we managed.

The house fixtures and fittings were done to a high standard, the location was great only a short walk into Appledore Quay, the view was lovely even on the cloudy days, parking was great and all the rooms were a good size. Plenty of seating and really comfy beds and bedding. Great heating meant it was nice and cosy. We visited over Christmas and there was a lovely tree on our arrival.

Some areas of cleanliness were lacking, things like unclean bathroom extractor fans and toilet brushes, contact lenses left in bathroom drawers, grease on kitchen extractor fan, dusty surfaces in bedrooms and some areas missed.

Fantastic position. Very nice house

The house was really beautiful and very clean, we loved it. It had everything you would need for your stay. The fresh scones were a nice touch, too. The owner was lovely and responded to messages quickly. We would visit again.

The layout of the house meant there was a flight of stairs to each floor, which was difficult with a broken ankle (sustained just before the holiday). This is not a criticism, but the house wouldn't be suitable for a very young family or someone with mobility issues.

Absolutely beautiful property with outstanding views! What more can I say? The master bedroom suite at the top of the property was simply outstanding with fabulous views of the estuary. Both the living area and kitchen were exceptional with plenty of room and seating for 6 of us. Property was located about a 10 minute walk from the quay and had parking for 2 cars which was very helpful. When we arrived at the property we were greeted by beautiful fresh flowers, a fabulous cream tea and a bottle of wine, these little touches make a huge difference and were very much appreciated. Overall a fabulous stay in a beautiful location, thank you so very much for letting us borrow your beautiful home.

A few more mirrors and a working clock would have been useful but only a very minor issue considering the fabulous overall experience!
