Удобное расположение, недалеко от метро. Отдельный вход. Для детей идеально, они могли выйти и сразу бежать на детскую площадку рядом. Внутри все чисто, постельное белье есть. Даны хорошие и четкие инструкции, как найти апартаменты, как подключиться к вайфай. Хозяин был всегда на связи и отвечал на вопросы. В ноябре в квартире было тепло. Сантехника исправна.

На кухне много тарелок - это отлично! Но крайне мало столовых приборов. Ножи совсем неострые. Готовить такими ножами очень проблематично. Кофемашина есть, но капсул к ней не прилагается, нужно покупать самим. Где их найти? То же самое с посудомоечной машиной. Таблеток нет. Пожалуйста, исправьте это: туристам лучше наслаждаться отдыхом, чем решать проблему с таблетками для посудомоечной машины. В остальном - все прекрасно!

La baja predisposición y coordinación con el anfitrión. Insistencia en advertir horario de llegada sin recibir personalmente. Dificultad en la localización de la entrada al alojamiento. Mucho ruido por la noche y a la mañana temprano al encontrarse en un parque.

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare difetti, direi che era acusticamente mal isolata.

La ubicación es excelente para ver Madrid. Es una zona tranquila en la que hay supermercados, bares, restaurantes muy cerca. Bien.la habitación de arriba y los aparatos eléctricos.

El sofa cama tiene una parte que está bien, la otra no está para dormir en ella.

This is a spacious flat ideal for four people (two double beds one in lounge area). There is a useful kitchen area for homecooked meals. Well away from the roads by a play area for children on a square. Good central location near the El Retiro park which is lovely. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants plus close to metro. We had a great time and did a lot in a week. However, I was not impressed that the day before we travelled, we were informed of extra charges for late check-in with the cost going up to 35 euros if we arrived after 11pm. We assumed Francisco and Isabel, the owners, had to pay someone to let us in arriving from our night time flight. This was not the case as they have an electronic locking system installed. This means you can get in at any time at no extra cost to themselves. We travelled to Madrid with Spanish friends and when I informed them of this, they laughed and said: 'welcome to Spain!'. Anyway, I queried the extra cost and it appears we have not been charged this extra 35 euros We should also alert other visitors to the need to have Internet access to get into this apartment. The owners also gave us an incorrect WiFi password so we had some difficulties getting in. Without mobile data, we simply could not have done it as you need to watch a video on accessing the door with mobile phone to release the electronic lock. Once in, you can use a key for the rest of your stay, so all good. Re recycling and removal of rubbish from flat. This is not ideally set up. You have to put all hard plastics in general public bins after 8pm (so not recycled). Papers and glass can go in public recycling facilities at the top of the play area. No provision for food waste so we just had to bin this too. If you care about your environmental footprint, please improve here, Francisco. Travellers and holiday accommodation must do their part on caring for the planet.

Really nice that there were 2 bathrooms and the location was really convenient. Kitchen had all the amenities including dishwasher . Apartment was generally cleaned.

You can literally hear the apartment next door turning on and off the lights . No sound proof AT ALL. Also the door has no number and the address isn’t really “official” - it is ok for one to find it but not ok at all to order food deliveries. We lost one Uber eats order because the deliverer said the address was wrong . Also it felt like there was the bare minimum. For example, not even one tablet for the dishwasher or one coffee capsule for the coffee machine. Also, it stated that there could fit 4 people but in reality it’s more 3: the sofa bed is really hard in one of the halfs, making it guaranteed the back pain. There is no first aid kit. In a group of 4, 3 of us fell down the stairs at least once. Be very careful if you have mobility issues.
