Absolutely brilliant. We were arriving at 3am and they sent very detailed instructions with photos. It was perfect especially after a long day and night travelling. The free pretzels and biscuits were appreciated (also a kettle and coffee available). It was very clean and they gave us little treats on our pillow each day.

We had to walk through our friends room to go to the bathroom which was a bit awkward but OK. The last day they forgot to give us loo roll so we had to use tissues. Had to hold the shower head but it was a very good shower apart from that. On the whole it was great.
