The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect.

There was an issue with the shower, which wasn't rectified. We had to just make do, the sink in the bathroom also needed attention as it was falling away from the wall.

Staff were absolutely great, they were super polite and friendly. When we arrived they gave us a room upgrade for free aswell. The location was also great, near a market, near monkey mountain and near the old town. Bed was comfortable.

Only thing I personally disliked was that the shower was inside a bathtub, and the water pressure was not the greatest.

Good value for money; Deluxe Family Room was big with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms and connection door; the beach was across the street; nice view to the pool and garden; friendly and supportive staff.

Great place to stay, friendly reception, close to shopping mall and old town. Good value for money.

There were some stains on bathroom roof, the bathroom maybe needs some cosmetic upgrades but the shower was really good!! Apart from that everything was great. Thank you so much

Probably there’s ants. So need to clean up the table and cups/glasses properly.

Location it's 10 min walk to bus station to all famous beaches. 2 min walk to famous weekend market. We stayed here in January 2022 during pandemic and were satisfied. Unfortunately this time is a bit disappointing. Room 412 family room lack of many things. Tiles in the toilet broken. There is no toilet curtain. Middle small bed is not comfortable need to be replaced ASAP. We booked room without breakfast but still took breakfast there cause its good and not expensive. Adult 120 bath kid 80 bath. 1 main course, bread with jam, orange juice, coffe/tea, cereal and fruit. We have tried to have breakfast outside but in the end eating in the hotel is way more satisfying. Staffs are very friendly as always. Surely will go back stay in Lamoon next time we come again to Phuket.
