La Jolla Beach Villa Gem

Моя семья и я были просто в восторге от этого дома! Я просто влюблена в него и если бы у меня была возможность, то я бы однозначно его купила. Новенький, чистый, очень продуманно зонирован, комфортный и красивый. Нас было 7 человек, для всех нашлось место без стеснения. Дом зонирован и имеет, помимо 2 спален, 2 гостевые комнаты с удобными диванами и своей зоной для отдыха. Большой стол на кухне для большой семьи, зона барбекю и удобные кресла-качалки во дворе для моих родителей были просто находкой. Обязательно вернусь туда. Очень удобное месторасположение, 10 минут медленным темпом и ты уже возле океана.

Такого не увидела. Дом отличный и месторасположение тоже.

Such a beautiful house. And the location was exactly what we wanted. Walking distance to La Jolla cove and every restaurant in La Jolla we wanted to go to. Hosts were excellent and very responsive.

The villa exceeded our expectations in terms of available amenities, soft and comfortable linen and tastefully done interiors. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living and family room areas were cozy and backyard was nice to chill out in the mornings. There were 4 large TV screens in the villa. The host’s attention to detail is exceptional as evidenced by the quality of toiletries, complimentary snacks, ample kitchenware and overall cleanliness and welcoming vibe of the property. The host promptly responded to any questions and the instructions shared were spot on. The location is prime and most places of interest in San Diego are at max 20 min drive. Highly recommend this property for a family stay! This villa is truly a gem.
