ON Apartments - Garden View 2

Location is excellent. Room appeared clean but could not verify the bathroom because the door was stuck shut.

This was a disappointing moment in our vacation. From the start, it seemed like it would be a good stay, but unfortunately when we were brought to our room, it was not what we booked. We had booked a studio with two beds, and were led to a studio with only one bed. When we brought this to the staff's attention, we were told we booked incorrectly. I verified all of my booking information and then the website and was certain that I booked a studio with two beds. The bathroom door was also stuck shut when we arrived, and there was minimal effort made to get it to open. We were then told there were no studios with two beds in the building, and that we could request a refund. There was absolutely no effort to assist us with finding a different place to stay - no recommendations, location advice, nothing. I requested a refund from the host via Booking and then via direct message on WhatsApp within two weeks of the stay date. So far, I have heard nothing. They also changed their booking.com details to say that the apartment has one bed instead of two - about two weeks after we ran into problems - so I guess it was not my mistake after all. In summary, broken bathroom door, and wrong studio. This place might be nice to stay at, but pray you don't run into any issues with the actual room/studio because it does not seem like they will try very hard at all to resolve them.

Staff was very helpfull!

The location was good, at walking distance to all main attractions! The studio is really well furnished and was super comfortable for remote working - wifi was great! If you come to Oporto, it is a really good choice!

The apartment is located next to the main train station and in the middle of the historical center.
