Η τοποθεσία,πολύ κεντρικά. Διαμόρφωση του διαμερίσματος, διακόσμηση του.η επιδαπέδια θέρμανση. Το διαμέρισμα προσφέρει παντόφλες 🙂πολύ σημαντικό και αυτό !
