The host was warm and hospitable, and the location was easy to locate and conveniently near a shopping center.

I was disappointed that my room hadn't been cleaned properly,the toilet was dirty with visible waste, and there was a lot of hair on both the bed and the floor.

The location was close to a shopping center which was very convenient. The host was very helpful in everything, I needed assistance with Netflix and got attended to quickly even though it couldn't connect still, I liked that they were always willing to assist with anything.

The place is so good I booked it again on my second trip to Tzaneen

I liked the styling of the room, the attention to detail and also the prompt problem solving. Although the water was cold the first morning, we reported it and was fixed quickly.

We dusted quite a bit of hair from the bed. Luckily we pulled back the duvet to check the bed and found various pieces of hair. We were tired and didn't feel like complaining, so we dusted it.

Breakfast was excluded.
