We kindly request you to change to new towels and bedsheets, as the current ones are dirty and stained. The toilet was dirty, so we cleaned it with Clorox. The drain was clogged too, but we took care of it ourselves. We kindly request for a replacement iron, as the current one has burn marks. Additionally, the rice cooker is not functioning and cannot be used.

Self check-in — no need to meet the owner. The door has a smart lock. The rooms were clean. The air conditioner was working. There were some cracks on the walls here and there, but overall it was okay.
