ZAThe staff was incredibly friendly and the location was great.
1) Not enough hot water - my boyfriend and I had to take super quick shower to ensure there’s enough hot water for both of us. It was really unpleasant to shower and have the water turn cold so quickly. 2) Cleanliness - the white bedding some stains on it. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in such a bed, it’s off putting. 3) Kitchen appliances and utensils could do with an upgrade.

The bedding felt damp. No hot water after 1 shower. It fact the water went cold during the first shower. We had to ask for clean towels the following day. I left the R150 service fee on the counter and sent a message saying that I've left the R150 and took a pic of the R150. The followibg day I received a message from that number asking me if the R150 was the service fee or a tip. I thought it was in bad taste. We asked for sea view. This was not the case, we got a tiny view of the sea between the houses.
ZALocation was great, no breakfast included
The towels, my husband could have used a bigger towel. The mattress was not great.
ZAZAZAZAThe property was exceptionally clean. We received a warm welcome and an anniversary gift with a card. The staff went above and beyond to make the stay special. The property is well situated and we enjoyed being able to walk to all the attractions of Paternoster. Thank you for having us.
