"Dorm like, modest, clean."

Clean

Steep stairways, difficult to bring luggage up, breakfast was modest, no toilet paper refills, No A/C, loud with windows open, difficult to find and park. Unit 4 had water sprinkling on your head while sitting on toilet after just being flushed.
