Kata Gardens Penthouse sea view 4C near Kata Noi Beach

I want to share our wonderful experience at Luxe Villas, the incredibly responsive and professional staff, and those special moments of greeting and farewell that brought us to tears. I enjoyed our stay so much that I want to come back again. You'll be offered a great airport transfer, the staff will listen to all your needs and try to help, and everyone will be there with a smile. Housekeeping is scheduled according to your convenience, towels are changed with soft and fragrant ones, the room is thoroughly cleaned, and the pool is sanitized – everything is top-notch. The laundry service was very helpful. The Luxe Villas are thoughtfully designed down to the last detail, comfortable and functional, and the kitchen has everything you need and more. How wonderful it is to swim in your own private pool under the stars, enjoying the incredible scents of the most beautiful flowers. The Luxe Villas grounds feature a large crystal-clear swimming pool surrounded by tropical vegetation, a mini waterfall, and cozy relaxation and sunbathing areas. In addition to our private pool, we stayed in a two-story Luxe Villas penthouse with three terraces offering breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding mountains. And what a luxurious fine-dining restaurant at Luxe Villas! The ocean is just steps away, and nearby is a currency exchange office and a 7-Eleven store. Local restaurants and cafes complete the experience. There's also a fitness center with tropical views. We had so many experiences that we only tried the huge bathtub on our last day and slightly regretted not doing it sooner. Service was exceptional and the property is really impressive. Short walk to conveniences, as well.

The apartment was spacious, clean and presented beautifully! The location was perfect for a family with the most amazing views from the private pool and balcony! The staff were super friendly and accommodating ☺️

Lovely spacious and clean apartment very close to Kata Beach. Good parking facilities. Friendly staff. Great view.

Pillows were a little soft and heavy rain would cause the plunge pool on the roof to slosh around like mad!

Loved the private penthouse pool

Modern and totally equipped apartment. Lovely private roof top terrace and private pool overlooking Kata Beach. Great proximity to both Kata and Kata Noi beaches and all local amenities.

We had a brilliant time at 4C Kata Gardens. The location was perfect in between Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. Such a spacious and beautiful apartment with two terrace, one on the roof with an infinity pool with the best view! We enjoyed the sunset from the roof most evenings. The team looked after us very well with regular cleaning and fresh towels. Could not have asked for a better welcome. As a family we felt very lucky to stay here. There is also access to a communal pool with lots of shade to keep cool in the heat of the afternoon.

Great location with amazing sunsets at the rooftop pool, fun spot for happy hour! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk to the nearby beaches. The clothes washer came in handy. We appreciated the management company meeting us even though we came in on a late flight.

Nothing, it is a great apartment! We would stay there again.
