"Awful attitude with the clients"

Nothing good pretty much, terrible attitude. Read the negatives below…

It’s a shame that this booking lacked any kind of respect - the reservation was for three people, but we were given a room for two. They told us that within an hour they would bring linen / bedding for the third bed — a sofa bed — but no one ever showed up. We waited quite a while at reception for someone to assist us at check-in. Don’t rely on the photos on Booking.com for this apartment — N2. And if you’re traveling by car, it’s nearly impossible to find parking within 1 km of the hotel!
