The location

The fact that you have to pay £30 per bin if you put rubbish in the wrong bin this is surely upto the cleaner to sort out once we’ve checked out not our job to sort out,plus we could use the green recycling bin as was full of grass so we had to dispose of our rubbish elsewhere.

Really nice property and nice location

The walk to the co op live is about 20 mins rather than 10 and as we didn’t know the area the roads to get there looked a bit shady, we just got Ubers

clean, close to etihad stadium, good wifi, parking spot, clear instructions from the host

no restaurants (pretty much anything) around in walking distance and especially on the weekends. we struggled to control heating and tv channels. really need a car to stay here.

Great location and property was as advertised. Value for money was good as it was about half of the price of hotels in this area. We were saying here for an event at the Co-op Live Arena which was about a 10 min walk away. It was good to be able to sit down and watch tv together, which we couldn't have done in separate hotel rooms.

I am allergic to dust mites and pet hairs and, although I didn't see any, I couldn't stop sneezing during our stay. The pillows were rock hard and there was no hand towel in the bathroom. Also, the tread on the stairs carpet hasn't been fitted correctly so I got a spike through the foot a few times when stepping too close to the back of each step. Just needed to be a bit careful when walking up and down.

Fabulous location to attend a concert at the Coop live arena. Easy to get to via public transport. The property was as described.

The front door was challenging to lock/ unlock

It was a great walking distance to the Co-op arena with a parking space. It was relatively clean and spacious.

We arrived to a full washing machine with sheets and towels all over the counter tops (unsure if these were clean or dirty), the deadbolt on the door wasn’t useable, no towels were provided, lightbulbs not working, no toilet roll in the downstairs bathroom and stains on the curtains.

The property had a musty damp smell which I think comes from the bedding and sofa coverings and no options to change pillow type as the ones supplied are very big and firm. Would be good to have smaller pillows possibly stored in the cupboard with the other spare bedding
