Gulmohar Mansion - A Boutique Stay

Está ubicado en una buena zona, muy tranquila , con buenos cafés alrededor,el cuarto es muy cómodo, y la Sra Singh es una excelente anfitriona, llegamos a las 7:30am y nos dio sin problema la habitación y el día que nos fuimos también nos permitió quedarnos hasta las 2pm Adicionalmente nosotros íbamos a recorrer varias ciudades y nos guardo nuestras maletas varios días . Sin duda voy a regresar!

The room was very large and clean, and the decor was a nice boutique hotel vibe. The bed was fairly comfortable.

I wanted to love this place but I'm honestly rather surprised at the glowing reviews. While very friendly and helpful, the staff/owners were on the overbearing side with calling and texting frequently to know my arrival time, and then texting to know when I was going out and for how long. I suspect this is because they are limited in staffing and need to make sure someone will be at the front desk, but it felt like a parent monitoring a teenager. I think this expectation should be mentioned in the property description. The water in the shower didn't get hotter than luke warm, and there was a sulfur smell to the water. My tour guide said it's because that's the local domestic water supply, not what hotels use. Again, this would be helpful to share in the property description to set expectations. It wasn't a terrible experience, but definitely one of the less pleasant stays I have had.

The hotel is clean and the staff is helpful Safe for solo women travelers. The area is quiet as you can't barely hear honking sounds

Excellent location and Jyoti the host is wonderful. Second time staying there and will return. Roof top pool is a win.

Centrally located to many tourist attractions and the suburb is tranquil.
