Sandy the owner/host is lovely and extremely helpful,the apartment is in a good location and has everything you could need.

Nice and tidy studio flat with all the basics you need for a short comfortable stay. Great location close to the town centre and not far away from the train station. Friendly and helpful host. Very good value for the money.

Sandy, the owner was very helpful and pleasant. He met me on arrival and showed me how everything worked. It’s a small, but excellently thought out studio space, perfect for a week working in Derby.

Such a short walk from City Centre and Bus Station (and train station once you know the way) The host is second to none letting me check in from 10 am as no leaving tenant that morning. Perfect for the solo traveller. Washing machine and pods a bonus. So, you do not have to take dirty laundry home. 24/7 heated towel rail and airer ensures everything is dry the same day.

The host was so accommodating. The bed easily folds flat against the wall to give extra space during the day . The kitchen equipment is second to none. Perfect for the solo traveller for short stays. Washing machine and heated towel rail in the bathroom 24/7 isabo us.

Nothing other than there are two steps up to front door which may be a challenge for those with severe mobility issues

I like how close the property is to the town centre.

Near the city centre and all the shops and facilities. Railway station 10 minutes away. Full cooking facilities and shower

The area was a little run down but friendly people. Cannabis was routinely being smoked, you could smell it in the air. I felt the place needed a good clean. I had to clean the cooker to use it as it was operated by touch. The bathroom needed a further clean The bed was foldown due to the size of the room and extremely uncomfortable. I had to keep altering my posture throughout the night to stay rested.
