Brand new bedroom with Tv next JHU

The quietness of the house.

The bathroom had a slow drain in the shower and no door to the bathroom. Small room for the price we paid.

Location, close to JH

• Hair in the sink, mold in the shower booth, and fecal stains in the toilet • Dirty bathroom cups with water/toothpaste stains • White stains/dust on table surfaces • A curtain too short to ensure privacy (room fully visible from outside) • Bathroom without a door, with a window exposing the interior • Stained/Unclean/Odor bedding and old, dusty curtains • High levels of dust causing sneezing, runny nose • Towels appeared to be low-quality or disposable • Evidence suggesting the room had not been cleaned properly

The location was perfect for where I needed to be. The bed was comfortable and I liked the private bathroom. It was also nice to have a TV to watch in the evenings.

Repulsive Smell: The foyer and room severely smelled of weed/pot/marijuana. No hot water: The shower only provided warm water (barely), but it was never hot. Even after waiting 3-5 minutes, the water never fully heated up. Lacking toiletry essentials even though they were listed as amenities: The booking said toiletries and towels would be provided. We were staying there for 5 nights and all that was provided was a single-use disposable towel for each guest, and only one roll of very thin toilet paper also for the 5-night stay. Cleanliness was Lacking: The room is listed as a ‘brand new bedroom’, yet the skirting boards were ingrained with dirt, especially in the bathroom. The walls were not wiped down, and it did not seem like the floor was mopped or surfaces sanitized before arrival.
