"Great weekend stay for 2 friends to explore"

Great location, easy access to metro, 6 mins by car to Whitley Bay, 20/30 mins by car to centre of Newcastle, plus metro to all areas a few mins walk away if not taking car out. Deceptively spacious house. Very clean and tidy. Welcoming host. Unfortunately past guests had stolen some kitchen items but host very quick to respond & resolve. Very happy with stay. Good value for money. Would recommend 😊

"Excellent property, right next to park, metro and amenities"

Brilliant location, excellent facilities, whole house, dog friendly, right next to park, literally, short walk to the metro - train - to get into Newcastle, or to Tynemouth. Couldn't fault it. Excellent communication with host. Super quiet!

Clean and tidy

Did not have a key to get into the back yard , upstairs was cold but it was February. Tele was basic but managed to get my netflix account up for the kids at night Good for a couple of days away

"Second visit. Just as good"

We have been here before . We liked the location for visiting family. We knew it was near supermarkets and metro. We also like the fact that getting a parking space has not been a problem and it is a quiet residential area. We knew the owner always responded positively and rapidly if we raised any queries

Nothing was a real issue.

"A real home from home! Will be returning!"

This is a real home from home property. The rooms are spacious, there are lots of touches that make travelling with a toddler easier (spare toiletries and condiments and a very large fridge!). The host was fantastic; communicated with us in a lovely manner and checked in when we had comments. The location is superb - 20 mins to all major areas/attractions in all directions.

The property is lovely but there is a damp issue that you can smell at times. The beds were comfortable, but the double bed in the second bedroom seemed to dip at the top. None of this will stop us coming back!
