Chez Papa Appartamenti - Chez Coco

The apartment is located in the heart of the old town very close to Dante’s tomb and Piazza Popolo. It is spacious and very well maintained. Jacopo and Raffaella from Chez Papa Apartmenti are excellent hosts.

The host Jacopo was just wonderful. The apartment is so beautiful and comfortable with many towels and comfy beds. The bathrooms are both clean and lovely. Everything was a delight. We loved Ravenna and this apartment was like being in a beautiful home.

Absolutely nothing.

High standard fixtures and fittings, pleasant decor, quality linen and comfortable furnishings.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

Location is perfect in the centre of Ravenna. The apartment is exceptionally good and extraordinarily comfortable. There were a few minor issues but nothing of significance to worry about.

As soon as we entered the property we appreciated that we were in a very special place. Beautiful and charming interior with tasteful decor and modern facilities, right in the centre of Ravenna with views of Dante's tomb and the Basilica of St Francis from the window and balcony (the apartment is on the top floor of a three storey building). This place has many personal touches - interesting and idiosyncratic insights about love on bits of paper adorn the light above the dining table, while the bookshelves in the living room are full of tomes about Ravenna's art and history as well as works by authors ranging from Cicero, Catullus and Ovid to Ken Follett and Wilbur Smith! We fell in love with the place and hope to return one day.

Best apartment and best host ever. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. We were in Ravenna to rewnew our wedding vows. First, the apartment is absolutely gorgeous and in a great location. Second, the host, Jacapo, bent over backwards to help us with some details of our vow renewal. In addition, he recommended a restaurant where we had the BEST meal we've ever eaten. Finally, he was a kind, warm, responsive person who made the entire experience even better than I hoped. If you are ever in Ravenna, STAY HERE!!

I could have written this review much sooner. I feel terrible for waiting so long and send my sincere apologies to Jacapo.

Exceptional property in an outstanding central Ravenna location. State of the art facilities, yet full of character. Home from home, yet spotless and beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed a wonderful week of sightseeing, with every possible convenience nearby, even the tourist office. Huge thanks to our warm and thoughtful hosts, who let us know they were always available if needed.

The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Two large comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was a delightful space in the centre of Ravenna looking over rooftops and Dante's tomb. A great many delicious restaurants nearby and incredible mosaic monuments. Our host was waiting for us outside and was generous with his time and advice. We loved our 4 day stay.

One of the bathroom showers was a bit confined for larger people. The other bathroom was perfect.

Everything.

I cannot think of a single thing I didn’t like.
