3 bedroom caravan close to beach and fantasy island

Upon looking at previous reviews the owners have had plenty of time to fix the shower that is broken the taps are hanging on with silicone which is still under the sink neither does the cooker work I paid 560 for 4 nights and all me and my 6 children could do were sleep there 2 of my children are twin premature babies. The attitude of the owner is disgraceful even tried to accuse me of breaking the shower myself. The whole caravan were filthy with used sanitary towels still in the bin 😳 No toilet roll provided and the bins didn't even contain a bag they claim to have a cleaner but I discovered other peoples items left in the caravan. I would advise anyone to avoid this caravan like the plague absolutely ruined our holiday as also needed to eat out with 6 children as the cooker didn't work. The owner shouldn't be allowed to advertise this caravan on here after having lots of time to make said repairs it were also full of dog hair !! The mattresses in the twin rooms were awful would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor as all the springs just dig in your back. Do better and stop ripping people off !!

It was filthy, smelt, the bedding had not been changed and the beds were full of hair ..

It was in a really good place, close to lots of things so easy to get around with small kids! The lady who we phoned was nice and helped a lot when we didnt have a key card to get in and when the water shut off.

It wasnt clean at all, there was a horrible amount of dog hair, we had to hoover it a few times as the kids were covered constantly. The place absolutely stinks like body odour, we had to buy air fresheners and sprays to try help the smell be bearable, my 5 year old absolutely refused to go inside till we sorted it out a bit. The shower was broken so incredibly hard to shower the kids. The cooker does not work. The radiators turn on but does not do anything to warm the caravan up at all so it was absolutely freezing all night and we had to wear jumpers in bed. Stated they had a washing machine, they do not, there is a laundrette up the road though. We couldnt get ahold of the people for an hour after we got there, we had no address or site of the caravan so we had to go to multiple caravan sites to see if they could point us in the right direction, after an hour we finally got in communication with the lady.

The location is perfect for walking to the beach front and bars resturants fantasy island, was easy to find and instruction for obtaining the key and card was easy simple and no problem.

I took pictures thou im not sure i can put toilet on here the shower was broken ,the toilet seat also broke , the caravan is not got enough cups sleeps 6 but only 3 cups..... so be prepared to take your own or take it in turns for a coffee in the morning hahahah its more or less clean but i think it needs a bit of a deep clean sofa and seating have lots of stains in upholstery. Could do with a bit of TLC
