We had a wonderful stay at Lily Pad. It was a lovely setting, really well thought out Shepard’s hit with everything you could want. It was the perfect retreat for the weekend, with Aldeburgh, Snape & Thorpeness on our doorstep. The bed was very comfortable, great bathroom and shower and our hosts made it a really enjoyable stay.

We loved everything about lily pad! I cannot get over how a place could be so wonderful and perfect. Every detail even right down to the bedding was perfect 🙂 we will 100% be back. Jan and Pete were wonderful hosts and couldn’t do enough for us! We will see you soon! 💗 thank you again.

"As good as the photos and so peaceful"

The setting is absolutely gorgeous, nestled between two farms, and the facilities and set up are perfect for anyone needing to just get away from it all for a bit. Very close to Aldeburgh if you want to get out, but we spent a whole day just enjoying the field and cabin. Highly highly recommend.

The bed is a tiny bit small, taller couples would be cramped I think.
