Lovey friendly host who went out of her way to make sure all was well. She let me take my bicycle up to room which was great.

An electric fan would have been useful in the recent heat wave

The building is interesting and the location in the centre is perfect, our room was lovely and we heard little noise from the street. There is a lift so no problem getting heavy cases up and down stairs. Very close to lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Liked the small kitchen area with fridge.

Pues todo. Pequeño, pero precioso, muy limpio, la habitación superbonita, las camas cómodas, y muchos detalles para una estancia comoda: nevera, microondas, tazas, platos, cubiertos...y Silvia un encanto, dispuesta a ayudar con una sonrisa. No se puede pedir más

Que estuvimos muy poco tiempo, pero volveremos 🙂

Very nice building just in the heart of Llanes. Nice-sized room with good facilities. Great staff. Could be a bit noisy, as it is in a street with restaurants and so on, so I believe in high season a good pair of earplugs would make it (100%). staff very nice and responsive too. Great value for money! (at least in low season)
