When I phoned for help to find the key safe someone answered which was helpful, thank you.

The key box was hidden inside the black door - and instructions on how to find it were unclear which forced me to have to phone the owner. The resident in room 1 was my colleague and he was fast asleep. But another resident was walking around the house, moving up and down the stairs opening and closing doors as if it’s the middle of the day, and this went on from about 1:30am on Saturday am, to 4am. It would be helpful to have a rule in place for expected behaviour at night times / curfew. I understand that this is a residential property set up as a hotel, and it cannot be expected to have the same level of sound proofing as a hotel. But this level of activity at this time of the morning I feel, is not acceptable. If this person works shifts or something akin, a notice to state as much would have been useful to aid my understanding and expectations. Added to this is a security light outside that goes off and on, lighting up the room every minute or so. This means that there was no sleep to be had at all on Friday night / Sat morning. Having black out blinds or curtains would be useful. Thankfully I bought a sleep mask and there were no movements on Saturday night so I slept. Thank you for that resident for keeping quiet on the second night.
